Children beginners
Judo training group Children beginners is designed for categories U8, U10 and builds on the foundations learned in Baby Jude. Children learn first judo techniques, safe falls, basics of fighting on the ground and in the stance. The classes are conducted in a playful and accessible way, adapted to the age of the children, and focus on all-round movement development, agility, coordination and discipline.
In addition to physical skills, children also learn the basic rules of etiquette, respect and fair play that are part of the judo tradition. The training system allows for the gradual acquisition of Sherpas - auxiliary levels of technical maturity that motivate children to further development. Training sessions are held in smaller groups to ensure an individual approach and a safe environment. Judo Kids is a great choice for any child who wants to combine movement, fun and new skills.
