Adults
Training for the group Adults is intended for all categories from U14 to veterans regardless of previous experience. Beginners who want to try something new are welcome, as well as advanced judoka who want to further develop their skills. Classes combine technical judo instruction with conditioning exercises, strengthening, improving balance, coordination and flexibility. In addition to the sport itself, we emphasize a friendly atmosphere and team spirit.
Members have the opportunity to participate not only in training, but also in weekend camps, joint trips and other events that help build the team. Adult Judo offers an ideal way to improve physical fitness, learn self-defense, and meet new friends at the same time. Everyone can set their own pace and intensity of training to suit their abilities and goals.
